Overview

Property Conveyancing and Real Estate Contract Services

Our conveyancing lawyers advise buyers, sellers and investors on residential and commercial property transactions in Dubai.

We draft and review Sale and Purchase Agreements, assess property and title documents, advise on Form A, B and F documentation, prepare transaction-related powers of attorney and support the ownership transfer process.

Dubai Law No. 7 of 2006, as amended, provides that transactions creating, transferring, changing or extinguishing real property rights must be recorded in the Real Property Register to be effective.
