    If you contact us by phone, someone should be available at all times and on all days to take your call. During the workweek, you should be transferred to a lawyer as soon as possible. If you call on the weekend (Fridays & Saturdays), on a holiday or late at night (after work hours) and are not immediately connected to one of our lawyers, you will be able to leave a message with our receptionist and should hear back from us within two hours, or by 9:30 a.m. the next morning.

    If you contact us in writing during the week, you should receive a response within thirty minutes. Additionally, if you contact us in writing on the weekend (Fridays & Saturdays), on a holiday, or at night, you should receive a response with two hours, or 9:30 a.m. the next morning.
